This book is a brief overview of the Reverend Martin Luther King Jr. life. The book is very brief but covers all the main events of Dr. King’s life including: him being a minister, his involvement in the civil rights movement, the I Have a Dream speech, and his death. This book also discusses other important information such as segregation and that a law is a rule. In the classroom I would use this book to introduce both Dr. Martin Luther King or the civil rights movement.
